The Parenzana starts almost at the door

The Parenzana is a former narrow-gauge railway between Trieste and Poreč, now a cycle path. You reach it in 6 minutes from us. It runs past Lucija and the Sečovlje salt pans towards Croatia, or through the tunnel towards Izola.

You can hire bikes from us, e-bikes too, for a fee. Tell us in your enquiry how many you need.

By bus and by car

Bus

The bus stops by the hostel. One way it goes to Lucija, the other through Portorož to Piran. In Piran it stops outside the old town, and Tartini Square is another quarter of an hour on foot.

Car

We have no guest car park, so ask us before you arrive where to park. By car, Piran and Izola are 11 minutes away and Koper 19.
